In 2021, we were at our summer home in Ontario, Canada. We went there to check it out since we had been prohibited from traveling during the Covid shut down. While there, my husband became very ill and had to be hospitalized. He was too sick to travel back to the States in our car when the hospital said he could be transferred to a hospital at home.
EA+ arranged to fly him home with medical personnel and it was a godsend for me and our children. They offered to send a driver to pick up our car, but I opted to drive home with our daughter. I was overwhelmed with gratitude and to this day do not know what his transport cost. I have told many people about this wonderful membership and have given the customer service phone number to them.
